We are now searching for an experienced and entrepreneurial CTO to become part of our senior management team in Singapore.

About the Role

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) position is located in Singapore and will report directly to our CEO. In addition to designing and implementing a technology strategy for a fully-regulated securities exchange, the role will also require the candidate to contribute significantly to our overall strategic direction, financial management, and leadership in all aspects of the business.

Our ideal candidate will have 12+ years of relevant experience in securities trading/exchange technology, ideally with a background in operating a regulated exchange or secondary market under the jurisdiction of recognised financial regulator.

Suitable distribution partners will include single and multi-family offices globally.

Our ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience, either in a similar role at a sell-side financial institution or with a client-facing wealth management background covering family offices.
